Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the arrival date, we must first re-rent the unit to another party before any refund will be made. If we are able to re-rent, we will then refund your money, less the $25 processing fee. No refunds for early departure.
Is there a coffee pot and coffee grinder?
You bet! This is the Great Northwest, after all!
Is there a TV and DVD player?
There is a flat screen TV with integral DVD player in The Lighthouse (not in the Studio - the view is better than TV).
Are the kitchens stocked with enough pots and pans, etc.?
Yes - great meals have been cooked in each place! The kitchen in the Studio has a kitchenette with a hot plate and a toaster small oven . . . and the Lighthouse has a gas stove, microwave, etc.
Heat?
There are wall heaters in both units. Additionally, the Studio has a wood stove for ambiance.
